Welcome to Solora. By using Solora to discover, book, or manage salon and spa appointments, you agree to these terms.
Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
When you book an appointment you enter into an agreement directly with the salon. Service durations and prices are set by each salon and shown before you confirm.
You can pay with cash at the salon or online via PayHere. Online payments are processed securely in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Solora never stores your card details.
Cancellation policies are set by each salon. Please cancel or reschedule in good time. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book.
Do not misuse Solora, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Solora connects clients with independent salons and is not responsible for the services they provide — but we are here to help if something goes wrong.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Solora means you accept the latest version.
